It seems that every blogger worth their salt has a list of stuff close to their heart and so take the time to publish it to the rest of the world. Not being one to shy away from the traditions and rituals of blogging, I'm publishing my Lars List.

Lars Berglund - a work colleague from Sweden - introduced me to the concept of listing all the airports I'd ever visited, hence the name of this particular project. As a general rule of thumb, you only get a hit if you actually get off the plane, but you don't actually have to leave the terminal, so refuelling stops in, say, Singapore count as long as you touch down on terra firma. The ultimate aim of the challenge is to be able to reply 'over 100' in response to the obvious 'how many?' question.

I don't have a picture of Lars, but this is close

Creating a blog list does seem like particularly hard work, so I'll add a few entries every day until I get to the end.

I've got up to 95 in case you were wondering...
